How to Get Inspection Orders From GroundWorks (ValueNet)
Inspection orders pay less than BPOs but take minutes. Here is how GroundWorks broadcasts them and when they are worth it.
Not every broadcast is a BPO. GroundWorks sends property inspection orders through its ValueNet platform. They pay less than a BPO but are much quicker, and many agents use them to fill gaps on a route they are already driving.
What an inspection order involves
Usually a drive-by: confirm the property exists, note occupancy and visible condition, and take a handful of photos. There are no comparable sales and no pricing. Many take ten minutes on site.
Registering
- Apply to GroundWorks' inspector network with your details and coverage area.
- Set up your ValueNet login.
- Confirm the notification email where broadcasts should go.
How orders arrive
Look for emails saying "A new inspection is available". They are first come, first served like BPOs, and several agents are often racing for the same one.
Are they worth it?
- Yes, when they sit on or near a route you are already driving for BPOs.
- Maybe not, when they require a dedicated trip across town for a small fee.
Set a radius rule for inspections that is tighter than your BPO radius.
Automating GroundWorks
BPOFlow can accept GroundWorks inspections automatically. Because they pay less, it bills them at a lower per-order rate than full BPOs.
