BPOFlow Setup Guide: From Signup to Your First Auto-Accepted Order

Five steps, about twenty minutes. Here is exactly how to get BPOFlow catching orders for you.

Setting up BPOFlow takes about twenty minutes. Most of that is entering vendor logins. Here is the order that works best.

Step 1: Create your account

Sign up at app.bpoflow.com/get-started. The plan is $10 a month including 5 accepted orders, then a small fee per accepted order. You get a personal forwarding address on the next screen.

Step 2: Forward your order emails

In Gmail, add your BPOFlow forwarding address, confirm it, and switch forwarding on. Our Gmail forwarding guide covers each click. Your dashboard only shows forwarding as connected after a real email has arrived, so you know it is genuinely working.

Step 3: Add your vendors

Pick the vendors that send you broadcasts. For email-link vendors (such as ProTeck or RRReview) there is nothing to enter. For portal vendors (such as EStreet, Consolidated Analytics or Class Valuation) enter your portal username and password. BPOFlow checks each login when you save it and tells you straight away if it fails.

Step 4: Set your rules

  • ZIP codes you will actually drive to.
  • Minimum fee for each order type.
  • Daily limit so a busy day never turns into late reports.

Step 5: Watch the first orders

Every attempt appears on your dashboard with its result: accepted, lost to a faster agent, filtered by your rules, or blocked by a login issue. Use this to tune your ZIPs and fees in the first week.

Common first-week questions

Why was an order not accepted?

Check its outcome. Most misses are race losses or orders outside your filters. See why BPO orders get missed.

Do I still get the vendor's emails?

Yes. Forwarding keeps a copy in your inbox.
