How to Sign Up With ThinkLattice (Formerly SWBC) for BPO Orders
SWBC's valuation business is now ThinkLattice. Here is how its portal and BPO broadcasts work.
If you used to receive BPOs from SWBC, the same business now operates as ThinkLattice. The vendor portal and the broadcast style carried over, so existing SWBC agents mostly just need to update bookmarks and sender filters.
Registering
- Apply through ThinkLattice's vendor onboarding with licence, E&O, W-9 and coverage.
- Approved agents receive a portal username. For many agents this is a short numeric ID rather than an email address.
- Log in, accept the portal's terms, and confirm your notification email.
The login terms checkbox
ThinkLattice's login page includes a terms-and-conditions checkbox. It must be ticked every time you sign in. Forgetting it is a common cause of "login did nothing" complaints.
How orders work
A broadcast email announces the order. You log in, open the new orders list and accept. If the order has vanished from the list, another agent took it. The portal is shared white-label software, so if you also work with Consolidated Analytics or Omnia, the screens will look familiar.
Tips
- Update email filters for the new ThinkLattice sender; old SWBC rules may miss messages.
- Keep your password current; forced resets happen.
- Bursts of several orders at once are common, and each is contested.
Automating ThinkLattice
BPOFlow logs in with your credentials when the broadcast arrives, handles the terms checkbox, and accepts the matching order, retrying once if the portal is slow during a burst.
