How to Sign Up With SingleSource Property Solutions for BPOs
SingleSource accepts from the email, then confirms separately. Here is how to get on the panel and read its statuses.
SingleSource Property Solutions provides valuation, title and property services to lenders and servicers, and broadcasts BPO orders to its agent network by email.
Registering
- Submit the SingleSource vendor application with licence, E&O, W-9 and coverage area.
- Complete any vendor agreement they return.
- Once active, order emails begin arriving at the address on file.
How the accept flow works
The order email carries a personalised accept link. Choosing "Accept" on that page registers your interest, but the assignment is not final yet. SingleSource then sends a confirmation email naming the property. Only that confirmation means the order is yours.
What "pending" means
If you track your orders, treat a SingleSource accept as pending until the confirmation arrives. Sometimes it never comes, which means another agent was assigned. This two-step model catches agents out who assume the first page was the end of the process.
Tips
- Whitelist the SingleSource sender; the confirmation email is easy to miss.
- Check that the property address in the confirmation matches what you accepted.
- Vendors occasionally change their sending address or subject line. If your orders go quiet, check the raw emails first.
