Opteon is a large valuation firm that manages its vendor panel on the Jaro platform. Agents registered with Opteon receive BPO broadcasts by email from a Jaro address and accept on the Jaro web app.
Registering
- Apply to Opteon's vendor panel with licence, E&O, W-9 and coverage.
- Once approved, you receive a Jaro login.
- Complete your Jaro profile, including the notification email where broadcasts should go.
How orders arrive
Look for emails with a subject like "New Order Available | Order #...". The email links to the order in Jaro, where you review the fee and details and accept. Jaro is a modern single-page application, so the page keeps loading data after it first appears; give it a moment before you click.
Fees and filters
The fee and ZIP are not always in the email body, so you may have to open the order to see them. If you automate, choose a tool that reads the order page rather than assuming from the email.
