How to Sign Up With Class Valuation for BPO Orders (BlueBird and Valuation Connect)

Class Valuation runs two portals that look alike but log in separately. Here is how to get set up on both.

Class Valuation is a national appraisal management company that also assigns BPOs. Agents are often confused because it runs two separate vendor portals: the BlueBird portal and Valuation Connect. They send nearly identical emails, but each has its own login and its own orders.

Registering

  1. Apply through Class Valuation's vendor onboarding with your licence, E&O certificate, W-9 and coverage area.
  2. Once approved you receive credentials for the portal your account lives on. Some agents are active on both.
  3. Log in once to confirm your profile and notification email.

The login trap: Vendor ID, not email

The single most common reason agents get locked out is typing their email address in the login box. Class Valuation's login asks for your Vendor ID, which is a number, not your email. Find it in your welcome email or ask vendor support.

How orders arrive

Broadcasts come as a "New Assignment Notice" email. You open the order in the portal, confirm the terms (there is a terms checkbox on the accept step), and accept. If another agent accepted first, the order is gone from your list.

Password expiry

Class Valuation periodically forces a password change. Until you update it on the portal, saved credentials stop working. Change it on the portal yourself, then update anywhere else it is saved.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I get two different-looking portals?

BlueBird and Valuation Connect are separate systems run by the same company. Treat them as two vendors with two logins.

Can BPOFlow accept Class Valuation orders?

Yes, on both portals. Save each portal's Vendor ID and password separately in your dashboard.
