BPOFlow vs BPO Auto Accept: Cost Per Order Compared
Per-order fees add up fast. Here is what each tool costs at 10, 30 and 60 accepted orders a month.
BPO Auto Accept (bpoautoaccept.com) and BPOFlow both accept broadcast BPO orders for you. The biggest practical difference is how you pay. This comparison uses BPO Auto Accept's public pricing and FAQ pages as of September 2026. Note that its own pages list slightly different per-order rates, so confirm with them before you commit.
Published pricing
BPO Auto Accept
- Per accepted order: its homepage lists $3 for standard acceptance and $4 when you use conditions such as ZIP, price or order-type matching. Its FAQ lists $4 per BPO order and $3 per inspection order.
- Per-portal setup: its pricing page lists each vendor portal (EStreet, Clear Capital, RRR and others) at $75.
- Yearly maintenance: $50 per year, per its FAQ.
- Payment: weekly for the first month, then twice a month, by PayPal or bank transfer. No free trial, per its FAQ.
BPOFlow
- Subscription: $10 a month, including 5 accepted orders.
- Per accepted order after that: $2 per BPO order, $1 per low-fee inspection order.
- Setup fees: none. Filters for ZIP, fee, order type and daily limits are included.
- Payment: card via Paddle, billed monthly, cancel any time.
Cost at real volumes
Assume filtered BPO orders on three vendor portals, so BPO Auto Accept's conditional $4 rate and three $75 portal setups apply in the first month.
| Accepted orders per month | BPOFlow | BPO Auto Accept, month 1 | BPO Auto Accept, later months |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $20 | $265 + $50 yearly | $40 |
| 30 | $60 | $345 + $50 yearly | $120 |
| 60 | $120 | $465 + $50 yearly | $240 |
BPOFlow figures: $10 plus $2 for every accepted order beyond the first five. BPO Auto Accept figures: $4 per filtered order, plus $225 portal setup and the $50 yearly fee in month one. Your numbers will differ with your vendors and order mix, but the pattern holds: a per-order price that is double BPOFlow's, plus up-front setup costs.
How each one catches orders
BPO Auto Accept says it monitors vendor portals and email, and accepts most orders within 3 to 8 seconds. BPOFlow acts on the vendor's order email as soon as it is forwarded from your inbox, typically within a few seconds of arrival, and keeps trusted portal sessions alive so it rarely has to log in during a race.
Control and reporting
Both let you filter by ZIP, fee and order type. With BPOFlow, filters do not change your per-order price, and every attempt is logged with its outcome so you can tell a race loss from a filtered order or a login problem.
Bottom line
If you accept more than a handful of orders a month, per-order pricing dominates the cost, and BPOFlow's $2 rate with no setup fees is the cheaper path at every volume in the table above.
