BPOFlow vs BPO Acceptor: Which BPO Auto-Accept Tool Fits You?
Both catch BPO orders automatically. They differ in onboarding, pricing transparency and how much control you keep.
BPO Acceptor and BPOFlow both exist to solve the same problem: broadcast BPO orders disappear in seconds and humans cannot click fast enough. Some agents have tried both, so here is a straightforward comparison based on BPO Acceptor's public website as of September 2026 and our own product.
At a glance
| BPOFlow | BPO Acceptor | |
|---|---|---|
| How orders are detected | Vendor order emails, forwarded from your inbox | Vendor order emails and portal monitoring, per its website |
| Signup | Self-serve, online, minutes | Contact the company |
| Published pricing | $10/month incl. 5 orders, then $2 per accepted BPO | Pricing page unavailable when checked; request a quote |
| Filters | ZIP, minimum fee, order type, daily limit, included | Ask the vendor |
| Contract | Month-to-month, cancel any time | Ask the vendor |
Order detection
BPO Acceptor says it both logs into vendor portals to watch for orders and reacts to order emails, and that it uses US-based VPN connections and CAPTCHA solving. BPOFlow is email-first: the vendor's broadcast email is the main trigger, and BPOFlow acts on it within seconds. It never hammers portals with repeated logins, because vendors monitor unusual traffic and a suspended vendor account is worth nothing. For portals that need a login to accept, BPOFlow keeps a trusted session alive so it rarely needs to log in again.
Pricing
BPOFlow publishes its price: $10 a month including 5 accepted orders, then $2 per accepted BPO order and $1 for low-fee inspection orders. You only pay per order when an order is actually accepted. BPO Acceptor's pricing page was returning an error when we checked, so we cannot quote it; ask them for the total at your expected monthly volume, including any setup fee.
Control and visibility
With BPOFlow you set ZIP codes, a minimum fee per order type and a daily limit per vendor in your dashboard, and every accept attempt is recorded with its result: accepted, lost to a faster agent, filtered, or blocked by a login problem. That visibility is what lets you tune your filters instead of guessing.
About capture-rate claims
BPO Acceptor advertises a 90%+ order capture rate. We do not publish a single capture-rate number because it depends on things no software controls: how many other agents cover your ZIPs, where you sit in a vendor's sending list, and whether your email provider delays forwards. Measure any tool on your own accounts for a month before judging it.
Which should you choose?
- Choose BPOFlow if you want transparent month-to-month pricing, instant self-serve setup and a clear record of every order attempt.
- Consider BPO Acceptor if you specifically want portal-polling capture and are comfortable arranging terms through their team.
